Pauline began her professional dance training in her early twenties, when she attended Kensington and Chelsea college to study a BTEC National Diploma in dance. She decided at that time to train as a group exercise instructor. She has over ten years experience in the fitness industry as a group exercise instructor. Pauline made the decision to go back into dance training in 2017, when she attended Lewisham College to study a HND in dance and then continued on to Middlesex University to finish her degree in Dance Performance. Pauline has recently graduated from the University of Chichester where she attained her Masters in Dance: Advance Practice. Whilst at the University of Chichester, Pauline discovered an interested in Somatic Practices and is looking to study further into these as a way to help dancers understand their bodies more and find easier ways of moving. She has experience performing on stage and in site specific work.

Mission Statement

I believe that anyone can learn to dance if given the right opportunity and an understanding teacher. My mission is to bring dance to those that otherwise would not get the chance to enjoy the benefits of dance. I believe dance should be accessible to all and aim to bridge the gap between any inequalities. I also believe that dance can bring communities together, unite the young and old and can be used as a means to heal the mind, body and spirit.
